siap mas resa, udah paham hehehe... klo modal 10.000 cent aman ga ya utk buka 4 posisi ato min 2 chart( 1 buy saja 1 sell saja) ? oiya logic EA nya ga papa ya mas klo 1 akun di pair yg sama tp ada 2 op ( buy dan sell)?

klo 10k lebih baik 2 chart yg main saat sideway market aja gan.. klo sampe ke sesi trending, biasanya cepet KO klo ga kuat modal... Soal logic gpp gan, asal dibedakan magic #-nya, biar tdk kacau EA-nya gt..

Dear all,
Adena EA with eru/usd cross fails with all settings. With all the combination of step 20, 30, 50, 100 points and with TP: 10, 20,30,50,70 and with initial lots 0.01, 0.05 and so on. All combination with initial balance of 20K cent account and with Time Frame of 1M. For six month starting from March up to now. Each month I reset the balance to 20K and then restart the simulation for the next month.
I tested it 24/5. It seems to be good for one month or two months, but the next fails. Be carefull and consider the high risk of the EA.

PS: My back test is with 99.9% of accuracy.
 
I suggest all to discover new potential cross and I suggest to perform backtesting with 99.9% of data accuracy for at least 6 months. Each month the Balance MUST be reset to 20K. If the setting will pass this test it could be classify as a very profit setting.

EA Jecksen is like Adena if I know. I know that EA Jecksen uses stop loss and tralling orders , but I think that the results will be the same or at least with zero profits.

 

i feel the backtest and live test results are little bit differ, reason dont know, but running few accounts and testing with different parameters from June to till now, no crash there, sometimes comes to zero because of the settings, with the initial qty of 0.01, multi factor 1.1, avg 40, tp 40 , i dont think as loss, also, whenever market looking for huge impact data related with EURUSD , we just disconnect/disable expert advisor, once the market settles to normal, we can restart for more safe

How much lot exp. you use? 1.15 or 1.33 or 1.67 or... ?

 

1.1 will help to avoid zero , and 0.01 initial qty, with 100 cent you can trade eurusd to avoid the bad experience

 

I start with 1,20 1,33 and 1,66
All fails

With 1,15 the profit are very very low
 

With this setting your profit/month is about 3% of 100 cent = 3 cent. So in € are 3€. My vps is expensive about 10€/month. So I must set three double graphs (3 buy and 3 sell) on a triple balance 300€ cent, only to pay VPS. I think that this set is not ideal to take profit. My target is at lest 30%/month of profit on a balance of 100 cent. Otherwise I don't trade.

How bout using 4 chart? 2 chart at sideway time (22:00 till 5:59 Rob*Forex server time), with starting lot 0.01, TP 3, Pipstep 3, lot exponent 1.33... And another 2 chart for 24 h with same setting, but put step max at 15/16 step.. After it reach 15/16 step, move TF to TF 5 or TF 15...

I think the problem is, everyone too depend on EA, they consider that EA will always make profit and wont fail, but its VERY WRONG.. No EA / Strategy / Indicator that never fail.. Every EA / Strategy / Indicator will always fail, if not believe me, then BT any EA / Strategy / Indicator from 1970 till today, I'm sure all will be get MC... Remember 9/11 when terrorist attack? Any EA/Indicator/Strategy that survive at that moment? NONE....

This is why all people fail using EA, that they forgot that EA only help doing automation on trading... EA cant think, they cant predict future, they only do what they told them to do, predict what it will be on future, base on past.. ONLY PREDICTION NOT CERTAINTY.. So in the end its all back to us, user..

For me, purpose using EA is to do automation on trading, so I need to understand how this EA works... When market goes normal, I know that I'll get profit from it, but when market get worst than what I expected / EA prediction, I already know what should I do.. Maybe I need to cut loss, maybe I need to add balance, maybe I need change TF, maybe I need change lot exponent, etc...

Remember, if someone already have EA/Strategy/Indicator that become "holly grail" for forex, that will always make profit and never fail, then every money institution ( bank, insurance, investment company, etc), will go after him.. They will do anything to get that EA/Strategy/Indicator, even if they need to kill many people to get that...
