i just run FT more than an hour and use default setting.
using same pair EURUSD but no trade open.

It may be because you have initially buy and sell order each, so when marti attack starts, buy1-buy2-buy3, but after that trend goes up, then still order is not closed
and marti order was placed like sell1-sell2-sell3.
Is that make sense?
By the way I checked your set file but takeprofit is zero. When you use marti attack order, you need takeprofit because they are modified all together based on takeprofit.

I believe i understand your point and thanks for elaborating. my point is the marti supposed to buy or sell only not both.. (hedge once)
by the way the set file was intended only to show the output to highlight the marti distribution..
how ever this is what im trying to achieve on the image below.

in my current FT in Rev-B i use one in normal mode and other in reverse with target $2 using Manual input and with the same Magic number. now there are some cases that in particular pair that it does not pick the signal either the normal or reverse so this pair will run without the other half. so if we can combine in the same chart would be good so it wont miss it.

other problem is that when the VPS restarted it does not pick up back opened position to continue session . i have an EA passed to me by a friend a long time ago and it has a memory to resume the session whenever there is a power loss or restarted system. will dig in to my archive and will forward later and maybe can be incorporated to the EA's

if you can look into its code and see how the Memory works then would be very handy for the development of your EA's stability in regards with power failure or system restart.

This is a super thread. Tanaka is unique, really great. The thing I don't like though is that all EXPERTs seem to generate a great profit, in reality they have a great DRAWDOWN and the risk of burning the account is very high.

The same great work that TANAKA does when generating expert should be done by us generating .set files that we have a maximum drawdown of 10%.

Many downlads of expert but I do not see any file set and this is a great sin because in the end it is HOW TO HAVE A GREAT CAR WITHOUT FUEL
