yes ea will put the buystop(HIGH) and sellstop (LOW) at the same time lets say when the news comes out the price will hit the sell stop then the buy stop will be deleted

eddie, I made Ilan-TrioKS with tanaka templete.
I code with Ahmad advice below.

I use stochastics/RSI/MACD/CCI as filter and when two EMA line cross, then open order.
I am not sure if this logic is exactly same as Ilan-TrioKS, but you can test and if you need more modification let me know.
PS I checked original Ilan-TrioKS EA but EMA line is not crossed but order are placed... So what is entry logic? Anyone advise?

Yes, I found that if there is no high impact news, it shows error bug. (If there is no high impact news, EA will be ACTIVE, so I changed the code).
I fix it.Please use the attached one.

example time: 01.30, 05.30, 09.30, 13.30, 17.30, 21.30 (these are the start hours)
OP buy stop
SL of Buy
TP of Buy
OP sell stop
SL of Sell
TP of Sell
(Buy pending order and Sell pending order, have different input)
the robot continuous to create two pending order (buy and sell) on every those hours
for example:
- On 01.30 two stop pending order created (buy and sell) if buy stop Opened and then sell pending order Deleted
Eventhough the TP or SL is still not reached, the EA continuous create two pending order
- On 05.30 two stop pending order created (buy and sell) if these two pending still pending, then let them to be stay pending.
And then the EA continuous to create another two pending order on 09.30
add parameter:
-magic number
-volume lot
-maximal trades
-EA autostop if PROFIT already x% of capital
-EA autostop if LOSS already x% of capital
- Close all trades
- Close all pending orders
