I suffered same issue on my Demo JUST NOW. I became aware when broker sent me a hyperactivity warning email because of the server spamming.
I don't know why this issue occurs exactly:
Is it a broker end issue, where the account / EA is unable to connect order to the market?
Is it an EA issue, caused by a bug?

I found no information in Journal or Expert logs. [Common Error] doesn't give any code or much information either.
I can only suggest removing suspect EA and testing each one separately to determine which EA is having the issue, but this doesn't resolve whether it is the EA or broker.

this have been a long time problem with the Super Arrow EA from the earlier Rev till now.
Rev-E is currently on FT with 2x same pair with normal and reverse mode. however it was having trouble with the orders.

the image shows EJ seems to be okay since it has only 1-buy and sell,
how ever the EU missed to pick the other opposite signal to counter the other order.
GU as well but a lot worst coz it did not only missed the counter order but also duplicated some orders that will result huge DD.

attached my set and EA for this. can you look into it please..

This indicator works in only MT4 which you have download from the MQL5 web site.

Also if you run EA in VPS server, please download the indicator from MQL5 web site in "VPS PC".

The created EA does not perform what I indicated. I suggested entering after the second arrow and only once if the minimum is exceeded closing the previous purchase in a wind, or the maximum in a purchase closing the previous sale.

Even SuperArrow is suffering intermittent Reverse Mode bug too like TitanX?!
...something wrong in Tanaka's template maybe...

Mr Tanaka has been quiet... must be scouring the EA code for bug...??

**POSITION MANAGEMENT:

Take Profit:
- Close trade on opposite signal/lines cross
- Point specify by user

Stop Loss:

- Trailing stop

I found a devastating indicator..you indicate the possible inversion of price above the threshold "18" .. very few times can give more than one signal but in that case from there a little the price inverteraàà price (we could then put a martingale winning ) ..
I combine it with another indicator ..
I try to attach them so as to make you understand ..
if you can make an EA, we all become rich... Maybe..

The fractal is a repainter...

So you need martingale or casino for getting rich....

How do you use that EA? How do you use opposite order?
The problem is this indicator is repaint.

Please find below results of today as again Ma Cross took wrong trades on FT. I did BT which went perfect as per strategy but on FT or on real account, it is not picking trades on right strategy or on proper cross. Please requesting you to have a look again on coding why this is happening as it could give huge loss in future.

In below, you will see EURUSD order is stuck due to early order, supposed to be on new candle as per the settings but picked on same candle. If order was picked on new candle, TP would have hit on 10 pips or lowest 5 PIPS as new candle went to BULLISH and then turned in to BEARISH. Now 2 martingale orders are opened due to this error. If EA would have taken right order on new candle as BUY then after hitting TP, EA would have taken new order when SMA50 crossed below EMA8 and then another order on TP.

Please have a look on the coding, there must be something which is skipping and showing BT correct but FT or Live trading wrong.

Hi, I tried backtest in the same period of your FT.
But Buy entry point is just crossed timing.
I wonder what is happening.
Can you do backtest with 99% quality?
EA always read SMA and EMA value to compare and it looks like your demo account tick data is actually crossed logically , then I guess buy order was placed.
I don't know why.
