2) The EA include 3 different magic numbers. (Fibo, Scalper, Trendkiller)
Ruuning the EA on 5 different pairs is it required to change all the Magic Numbers for all pairs separately?

You don't have to change the Magic numbers it works fine leaving them as default setting
