I found your indicator gives signal at shift two. So change Indicator Shift to 2 in EA settings and EA will work fine.
I have attached screenshot of settings below

How can you tell which shift indicator gives signal at?

Check the Colors tab of indicator and you can find buffers used by the indicator.
You can shift for signal by changing the shift parameters and testing it with different ones until you find the right one.

the arrows looks to have no buffer

0 - strong sell
1 - sell
2 - strong buy
3 - buy

those looks to be the buffers
if it is non repaint could be preety good
