eh trevor! never give up! dude you have a really good system here in my opinion - just the market right now it's not giving what we need... i think you're close to a breakthrough here, if you stick with it... all about mitigating loss & maximize returns... im certain if you stick with it you'll have a beast of a system in the next months, finding ways for more filters to cut out 'noise' and other ways maybe find way for bit earlier entry... maybe we stick with just the really hot support/resistance zones when breakthrough can be much larger... just 5 ticks for 1 min i think getting too many fake out trades, that's for banks hft that have 0.1 spread or 0.0 spread for all pairs & zero latency.. maybe like last 10 or 20 hours support/resistance this is hot zone when breaks out.. much less trades but higher chance to capture pips... i dunno man, im just throwing out an idea or two... your a lot more knowledgeable than I am obviously, just thought i would try to add some value so there's my .02 cents hehe..

Trevor i 100% sure there is something wrong to EA 1.16b and 1.19 misconfigured or something else. check them carefully they did not delete orders which opened during velocity triggers and these orders dnt modified during price changing and finally executed without any logic giving too much draw downs. you run these versions on your account which gave too much loss. if you run version 1.16 result will b different or less loss.
possibly globalprime too...trevor... question... how about coding this to run on FIX API ??? this will be the TRUE test and I bet you'll see profits just about every day as long as it's a CLEAN API (not advanced markets / fortex etc.... try with LMAX - i bet you see good results with this API)
the problem with MT4 is it's not direct, it doesn't matter how fast the latency is to the broker because the order doesn't even go to market until it makes it through the brokers MT4 and on to their API which THEN goes to the LP to execute...
best is to trade API for any system that is sensitive to execution speed... which this one certainly is... with a clean API this thing will print money... print it every single day... no more getting executed at the TOP of the spikes, you actually get executed where you want to be...

just got 2 wins... usdcad for 2.5 pips and gbpjpy for 1.5 pips... good stuff... had a couple losers earlier today but it's nice to start seeing some better fills, hope it keeps up...

guys i really give up, in the last couple days i started generating funds from users on this ea and it took less than 30min burn it and to me that was a shit load of money. i am sure some you guys will find some profits if you have the patience. i am not answering messages i am really down and dont want to deal with any upset traders, there none more upset than myself. the last couple months i been working harder than ever on forex only to realize that the house always wins. losses happen in the markets as we all know. i am really ashamed. sorry for taking your money, i dont have it any more if youre asking for it back and actually hav no way for me to get that sort of money, its only a couple hundred usd. You guys are all way richer than me. and if their is a god you he will bless you for trying to help me. i believe all deals i did with this ea was open and fair. you guys have got my email and mail me for anything important. i wont be making any new versions only to fix bugs if found. as far as i know all versions are bug free. sorry again i didnt intend to end this way.

I waited a little before to say something because I had to withdraw my money but believe me Vipro is not a good broker.
I don't understand how Witek was able to get this kind of results but I made a parallel test with Pepperstone and Vipro with same configuration.
I used 4 VPS (with less than 3 seconds each) and Vipro only loss.
Both account had quite the same entry in trade (Vipro a little bit less entry) but on Vipro NO ONE WINNING trade even when PP was closing positive (mmmm).
Yes I know what you are thinking... spread and commission could be the cause but believe or not commissions was 0.4 in Vipro and 0.7 in PP and the spread is a little bit higher (1/2 point usually) in Vipro.
So, what's the Hell?!
I closed my account on Vipro and they gave me back my money in less than one day (that's ok).
Regarding MonkeyPips versions I think that 1.19 does not work well and I came back to the 1.16.
Now I play USDJPY and AUDUSD that seems more stable.
Today the day finished with some trade and -0.2 gain.
The account is anyway in profit of 5% in 8 days (It could be 15% because I tried too much cross at the same time when it was a time of loss).
In my opinion this EA works taking some big win and many, many little lose. The Flat market is not good at all because the BrekOut has a lot of false signals and losses of 5-10% for cross before to come back to win.
For this reason I don't think is possible play with more than 2 cross at a time in the same account (maybe this i a good rule in general
). The best would be to find 2 cross with no simmetry.
Regarding Witek wins I'm sorry but I start to doubt about him.
It's only my opinion, I don't know this guy and probably he's really doing what he says.
I found my opinion in facts... follow him for me was not good.

I don't complain about any money and I'm sure you are a nice guy that worked hard and merit all ours respects.

Mmm, you've probably reason.
By now I used only the default settings (like I suppose all other people) but trying to move parameters could have sense.
The problem is that we could not trust on Backtest for this EA.
I think the only man that could advice some change is Trevor and I hope He will do
.He told me something in the past regarding use higher velocity. I think he was talking about the VelocityTrigger that has default at 40.
The next week I can probably prepare another account on Pepperstone and try something if Trevor could advice some change (working in parallel with the default parameters on another account).
Trevor... seriously keep your head up! I don't know how much $ you lost but i want you to realize this system could easily generate MILLIONS if applied in the right environment... i can personally generate a good chunk of cash for you if i can get this to work even a little bit... i have a program that will run your code on a FIX API account - I will be testing it on FIX API starting next week and will let you know the results... this is the only way that I can see to make it work is to actually trade with the banks/funds and forget MT4 platforms which slow down executions, all the fast stuff is chewed up before a trade routed through MT4 interface even get's to the API/LP... from what i can see it will either work or it won't work... the next best solution would be to run the system on API pricing/charts while executing on MT4 platforms, this way the EA will execute the buy/sell stops at the same time the broker get's the prices, just a way to get our orders in a few ticks faster than ea reading mt4 pricing then executing orders to mt4 which then go to the api to the lp for execution... it's like cutting out the middle man all im saying... anyways i am going to give it a go... if it works then you're back in business in a BIG way my friend... please wish me luck here! will try my best on this, i am hoping to start Monday... will report what happens
WITEK.... wow... those numbers are looking good.... are you still running the SET you posted earlier? this looks pretty encouraging especially via MT4 man... im getting pretty excited to test this on API guys! seriously feeling pretty good about this... anyways, will post the results, not starting until Monday which is 5 days away... think i'll try version 1.16 with your SET there Witek... thanks for sharing!
