downside ... trades amount per pair 20-50,.... basket loss is an option!

I just found out about this thread. But I have been working on almost similar idea using velocity and acceleration. I have seen system hours long on video, scalping taking small pips successfully on mt4 IC markets. What happened to the mt5 version wich Trevor was working on it. I would also appreciate the source code of the Monkey Pips300+700_1.13 mt5. In exchange I can send a library which measure speed and acceleration and a EA which the library is used on.

MonkeyPips V3 MT5 files(also source code) already shared here.

Testing results(every tick based on real ticks) not very good, mostly losses.

yet again, I decide this version is not good enough and try to move forward. I will be back in a few weeks for now I post my latest here, unrestricted.

Problems now and always will ever be: MT4 does not have asynchronous execution.... ie your fav broker actually getting around 500ms because MT4 is crap
MT5 however: is brilliant.... but I will never ever trust the data in backtesting
cTrader: also brilliant but again cannot trust the data.

enjoy, I upload mq4 for edu purposes and because my next set will be very different. There are some very good educational qualities here.

ooooooo.... btw for live trading need 3 terminals... one for OrderSend, OrderDelete and OrderModify ( you know the whole secondary thing except now its 3, check settings )

Monkey is trading during a 1 min candel. It is not working on a real account with profit I think. 99,0% BT looks good.

Monkey is trading during a 1 min candel. It is not working on a real account with profit I think. 99,0% BT looks good.

Maybe different broker will get different result when using this ea
The reason is different trading server

To trade mt4 effectively with monkeypips 701 for ONLY 3 pairs I suggest the following madness:

Step:1
Create 12 folders on the c:\ of your vps

install mt4 12 times - one to each folder

SO ALL THESE FOLDERS HAVE THEIR OWN INSTALLATION OF MT4

step3:
put the ea there

open each terminal... note I always put a shortcut in the windows startup folder so any vps restart all 12 mt4 open and carry on trading

foreach mt4 put the ea there and set the Terminal...

Repeat that for each pair to make up the 12 terminals... GBPUSD, EURUSD, USDJPY

you get the picture? no pun intended


BUT note....

mt4 account can only support 16 order threads
I suggest 12 because in computing and performance you always need a little room... THIS CAN ONLY DO 3 pairs... if you want more then trade another account. ie 1 for GBPUSD, USDJPY, EURUSD, and another for EURJPY, USDCAD, AUDUSD or which ever is your fav.

FURTHER note...
only trade monkey on 1 vps.. no other ea... and use somewhere like 8gb ram and 4 cores... i didnt say it was going to easy
