Of course, I am doing a lot of tests, as soon as I have it I will share it with everyone, I hope I am not so heavy asking for improvements to Tanaka but I think that some EAs need a few more details.

Regarding your BT, I tell you:

100% in 8 months is not bad, the problem is the DD, however, if you try to lower the lot in half for example, with compound interest, try since January 2018 to see how you are doing, if you pass the test a year or more then verify what profit you gave in that period and divide it in the number of months, I think you will get equal or even better results with less DD.

I agree with you on backtest results. However, I do not agree that there is an ea in existence that will bring you profit for years to come. Forex market is much too clever to just give money away. I have done the BT with lot size .2 from January... DD is much lower but the profits are not 100%... In my imho: There is no ea that will stand the test of time.. Why? .. Because markets change every period... I have an ea that will give you 400% profits but, DD is bad and 6 - 8 months will blow the account.

The point I am trying to make: Do not seek an ea that is the holy grail of all ea's... There is none!
1.) Rather trust someone that has enough logic to create an ea that works fairly well in current market conditions
2.) Someone that is honest and open to discuss what they are doing with your money
3.) Nobody is an island... we need each other's collective intelligence to overcome a common enemy. In this case the Forex Market
4.) Anger only serves itself

RevB much better than RevC. Only 31 trade in 7 months (6 or 7 times open trade in a month).
I try to FT from last week, just thinking are this EA is work? but on Friday is start to trade and win.... very slow to trade but the result is very good.
BT from January 2019 to the end of July 2019

All Tanaka EAs are good or promising for his so complete "Template", I used it in some Zaman EAs like Martingale Strategy and SM200 and so on without so good results but I am testing others now with quite good results up now, if all continue in this way I will share the results, if not... we can continue testing and getting better.

The first file uses the "LRFF-10.2 TmaSlope v.8_2.ex4" which you haven t uploaded yet....Even if this indi wouldn t be a repainter(which is a k.o. criteria for me) the calling of an indicator inside an indicator slows the strategy tester down to a speed were no optimizing is possible...
I would suggest to replace the first file with a fast trend indicator!
