EU > H4 > Trade on new candle = False
GU > M30 > Trade on new candle = True
TP > 30
SL > 0
Trail > False

Yes you are right. Now trade not open properly.

It is giving you good result on same candle because EA is picking trade on 3rd candle when you turn on new candle option. If you look closely, it is still picking trade on second candle when you turn off the option. This is not correct and effect result of GU when you like to have trade on same candle because then order will be picked on second candle instead of same candle when cross happened. Check again dear and my above post with picture, you will understand.

color when is in the Buying phase, and a Red background color when in Selling Phase, which irritates my sight would prefer a DimGray color for the
Background color irrespective of either Buying or Selling mode.

Hey great thread.
I have this indicator bands that i would like you to make an ea with .
every time the outer bands are touched it should open a trade . so outer red band for a sell order and blue bands for a buy order and close when 10 pips in profit or loss.

I ask you many moons ago to change this EA so that it open an entry on the 2nd cross of the MA5 coming back into the BB outside legs please.. At the moment the EA have an option for % value of the MA5 cross the BB line. You were on holiday so I gather you missed this request? Thank You!!

I have pm you with BT results and also the mistakes the EA is making . Did you look at it?.. I used many different setting but all failed because of the EA set file setup, especially the option of % of ma setting to BB..
I do not think you understand the strategy... Please read and understand the strategy so to code the ea correct.... I will copy as my discussion with you in PM..Thank you
Settings on chart:

MA high 5 red
MA low 5 yellow

Bollinger bands:
timer: 20
deviation : 2.000
apply : close
color : Blue

Early signs:
Sell setup: MA 5 high (red)
we must see if the MA 5high (red) line go outside top BB line
if that happen we can be ready for our sell set up..not ready for order yet

Early signs:
Buy setup: MA 5 low (yellow)
we must see if the MA 5 low (yellow) line go outside lowest BB line
if that happen we can be ready for our buy set up..not ready for order yet
As I explained earlier but more detail added
Early signs: from Daily tf see if the trend is bearish and is close to resistance (Sup Dem) for the day on the pair ... this is only to check trend

The Sell setup: MA 5 high (red) ... normally on 30min, 15min tf ... I must see the MA 5high (red) line go outside the top BB line(obviously this is a bull candle pushing the ma outside the top bollinger line) then I wait for 1st bear candle to form.. After the bear candle I need a bull candle to test resistance..Entry order will be the highest point that the bull candle retest resistance... ( I use sup dem for this purpose)

Market are always tricky, sometimes those MA 5(high/low) are not going outside but the set up still valid.?( maybe good indicator to help.. coder discretion)
And so the whole process is in reverse for a buy setup

Ffcal indicator is not working . I put it in the indicator file I even tried putting it on the chart. When you put news filter on, the super arrow ea rev b says EA INACTIVE.
