it doesn't matter really whether buy order or sell order is closed first.

for as long as a position (whether buy or sell) is closed, then a new "buy and sell order" is placed

Duplicate order is due to indicator signal. This is repaint and many buy or sell signal continuously.
If you want to avoid this, you can use order pips distance.

I changed code to delete pending orders when the order was closed with sl or tp.

What is 2 buy orders?
It is strange because ticket# is 17 and 24, so it is not duplicated orders.
Maybe this is from indicator buy signal.

So be fixed by just opening 01 normal order with the first arrow of a trend.
