Anyway's that rule is for Perfect Pinbar's and This looks like a Doji Type Hammer looking pinbar' so rule won't be applied, simple.
And its taking entries where it shouldn't be.

This indicator I had purchased from Mq5 for $10 and I use it. It helps to find the correct pinbars and with T/P & S/L.
I can't share this indicator directly because this is protected by the mql5 ID Login details. I should need to send the login details by email maybe? If you need it?
And the 50% Retracement or 75% Retracements are also important for gains.

These are some examples, while on ea mode every pinbar won't work correctly so we can do some filter as well with Bollienger-Bands. Bollienger Bands setting 5,2 (Make It Inputs Changeable)
Sell Condition: If the ShootingStar's tail is outside of the Bollinger bands and head is inside that will be a confirmed pinbar for reversal. (A little bit tail outside and all inside is also countable)
Buy Condition: If the Hammer's tail is outside of the Bollinger bands and head is inside that will be a confirmed pinbar for reversal.(A little bit tail outside and all inside is also countable)
