Can someone share knowledge on how to backtest 99%, I would like to learn and contribute to the thread. Many brains and hands can make our journey to profitable EAs much quicker.

I need a little more information vincenzo :)

I dont know which pair, tf, starting balance, starting date and so on.. I started 2015 and after 4 days.. I'm now finished with 2015 ... starting balance 5k and now reached 45K .. DD was touched 3 times .. but I use fixed LOT.. .to be sure.. I have to use the new lockprofit version.. with risk percentage.. to be sure.. if the strategy is really good :) if not, than we need more balance.. money management is all :)

Found this file on Forex Factory... Apparently it needs to be added to an EA. Can you create a standalone EA out of it?

Simle Rules:
Buy Signal (close of current candle):
Entry: Value 1 > Value 2
Exit: Value 2 > Value 1

Sell Signal:
Entry: Value 2 > Value 1
Exit: Value 1 > Value 2

So you notice the exit of buy signal is the entry rule for sell signal. And exit of sell signal is the entry rule for buy signal.

Option: Close and take profit of buy order when sell signal appear and vice versa.

Hi master Tanaka.

I do not have an indicator for what you systematize. but I want to know if it is possible that you modify this AF scalper bot? What I want is that this bot at the time of opening an operation do it in both BUY and SELL directions at the same time? I want the structure of the bot to be the same ... I reiterate that the only thing I want is for it to open in both directions? it's possible? Greetings, thank you for your time

SETUP:

The Entry is on the break of the High(Buy)/Low(Sell) of the HeikenAshi candle that trigger the signal.

The condition to get a valid trigger candle is that when the candle closes in the main window, the 21 EMA is Above the 50 EMA for BUY or Below the 50 EMA for SELL in both windows, the main window and the indicator window.

With these conditions in place we wait for a retrace in the main window where the 3 EMA came and cross the 21 or the 21 + 50 EMA. And we then see if the same happen in the OBV window. If not, than we can enter the trade.

So we will have 2 signals. One when the 3 EMA cross just the 21 EMA in the main window and not in the OBV, and the other when the 3 EMA cross both 21 and 50 EMA and we don’t get the same in OBV.

The stop is a few pips behind the last top or bottom of the last 5 candles. And the target at least 1:1 or more.


With this setup we can expect great signals.

I'm going to post some examples of the signal in Forex and Stocks, with Candle and Renko Charts for you to get a clear idea and see the power of this setup.

And I really hope that someone could make a EA in MT5 to trade then. Since there we could spot some excelent trades in stocks and future markets using renko charts.

Note: When using renko I still use the HeikenAshi to get the trigger candle.

I can only work with mql4 file.
