From Martingale 3 to Martingale 7 the EA open order at same price in every next candle, This is a normal or ABnormal?

It is normal. This TP was modified TP. It is beak even + profit price. Martin-6 is 0.07lot, so totally if new TP was reached, all order is closed with profit.
You can check MT4 terminal, and you see price was modified (#3-#7) You can try with TF M5 not H1.

Sorry you are saying martingle order price are the same price? Takeprofit will be the same after modify but order price should be different.... Something wrong..

You use default setting?
Martin order should be every 10pips since you use multiple=1

1st lot = 128.844
2nd lot (martin#1) =128.945
Something like this.

Because you run EA in EUM5 and EUM5 two charts at the same time. One is RSI=buy signal, and another is RSI=SELL signal.
