Bien, lo que dice esa flecha arriba es que, a pesar de que el USD tiene una fuerza de -5, en ese momento esta subiendo.
Por lo que la señal perfecta sería EUR +5 y USD -5
EUR flecha arriba y USD flecha abajo, que sería algo como, el EUR tiene mucha fuerza, y ademas está subiendo en este momento, y el USD tiene pocafuerza y ademas está bajando en este momento.
Esa señal sería menos frecuente, pero creo que podria valer, por ejemplo, EUR +5 y USD -5 y una flecha arriba en EUR y ninguna en USD.
Yo entiendo el indicador asi, pero le vamos a preguntar a hassn
