Files in Libraries folder are not DLL files. Is this correct?

the logic of this ea is very simple, just open it in ur tester and understand it
its a very simple math trader robot works only if the market is trending directly in the winning side of the ea strategy
nothing like this will give profit consistently and nothing like this will works well without a manual trading and monitoring
so my review is: a waste of time unless someone have a special sets with a special portfolio

i used this in 2014 -its work in every kind of market even in sideway market .
But after 2 months is was stopped -i dnt know the reason because i am not a programmer......
i already post in the Mql5 forum but no one replied that
i know here i can get the result .
