I had 0.4 ms on NY4, yes is not 0.0 but much better than 2-5 ms. Time ago I had an offer from a provider " professional " , they assured they are just close to the

Your offer seems interesting, is not just a problem about you, could be an issue about Russian brokers, who can know if they really allow withdraw or maybe they don't just limit profits but keep deposit too ? We know how broker in general behave.... and Russian regulation I don't know anything about that !
