Suggestion Arbitrage ea Ole$ya

As I know the arbitrage system is a profitable strategy
but this is needed a fast connection, with superfast computer
 
Is this Arbitrage EA an HFT? If this is, then the majority of the banks would be using this, so that would be pretty great if we, traders, could get our hands on this.

But the important thing is how to get fast feed and hot to know slow broker names.
They are everything.

Not really sure if there are any available to us, typical, traders though. There are probably a few out there who provide the super low spreads and fast feeds, but the commission will be very high.
