All garbages of 1 leg arbitrage will work fine with demo tickmill account, because demo account of tickmill is slow not as like real tickmill account. don't wast your time with demo account using this type of EA's, even when use primeDemo account because there is no slippage and re-quotes .

I dont have that at this time, yeah there a difference between both . the global api of lmax "trade.lmaxtrader.com" as HTTP protocol is slow then other one of FIX API 4.4 or Binary API . the FIX API use 1000 updates per Sec with private IP. you can see the diffidence in aggressive market move .
LMAX api global 75$/MO for individuals
LMAX FIX API 4.4 300$/MO for companies "banks, prime brokers, financial institu ..."
