yep. my ea that i posted has error check, and limits most errors to 10. When an error shows 10 times, the ea continues trading normally.

When does recovery strategy occur? I ceased the EA when it was in drawdown and have not been testing.
It would be good if peeps could help new users like me with some results to show performance.
At least let me test it: point to the most recent update and best Presets and I will try again on Demo this time.

i have not changed the strategy. It is 100% the same as shadys ea strategy and ilans, and afg. only difference is a money management setting and a limit on errors. I thought i had already explained this.

This ea, like ALL eas that do mg is extreme risk. Unless you have the time to monitor your account closesly, do not use it or any other ea that does mgs. And set files are hard to find because sometimes we change a setting to suite the current market conditions, so that means that the old set file is not the same as todays set file, and it takes hours, days, weeks to create a good set of settings, so a set file is personal. Unless you pay me a lot of $$$ you will not get a set file from me or most other traders. Asking for a set file is akin to asking a woman how old she is

OMG i never asked for any payment, and i also made it clear in my postings that the ea i posted is exactly the same as afg and ilan. The only change i made was a limit to the number of errors.
When a OrderModify error occurs in the journal, afg and ilan will slow down mt4 or freeze mt4, or show pages after more pages of same error. And can make mt4 close in the worst scanario.
The ea that i posted is exactly the same as ilan and afg!!!!!!!!!!!

it already has a hedge-like feature in both afg/ilan. It does not always open a hedge, but when rsi and candle close are contradictory, afg/ilan opens a hedge. If you test 1 of the eas you will see it happen, not always, but quite often.
