New EA CyNera MT4 4.31 (no dll)

    This setting is relevant for the AI analysis. Either the
    AI makes an analysis where it says either BUY or
    SELL. Or it makes an analysis where it says BUY,
    SELL or no trade at all. This is more accurate
    because if the market hardly moves and is
    unpredictable, it is sometimes better to wait and
    not trade.

    It is recommended to use fewer lots than the set file default.
    I set it to 0.01 lots for every $500.
    CyNera and CyNera turbo signals of the EA creator differ from those in the SET file.

    I used CyNera_high_AI_maxTrades.set on a real account and it executed two sell orders, but on backtesting, it executed two buy orders. Is this possible?
