in other words to choose between a daily breakout or we select a breakout between specific time (ex. starting & ending hour)

1. Signal TF 4hr
2. Buy when price touches the blue box from above
3. Sell when price touches the bluw box from below
4. Order managmenr martingale/averaging
5. News filter

Hello. It's a good EA to test. I am trying to figure out a good set file. There are a lot of options. I am testing it with the major pairs. Is it possible the EA has a minor bug? It appears to stop opening up new trades, and when I shut down the MT4 platform, then restart, several new trades open immediately.
