New EA Daily Breakout EA

Hello. It's a good EA to test. I am trying to figure out a good set file. There are a lot of options. I am testing it with the major pairs. Is it possible the EA has a minor bug? It appears to stop opening up new trades, and when I shut down the MT4 platform, then restart, several new trades open immediately.

This is weird, I think there are certain bug inside ea
It will work not like in expectation.
