I suffered same issue on my Demo JUST NOW. I became aware when broker sent me a hyperactivity warning email because of the server spamming.
I don't know why this issue occurs exactly:
Is it a broker end issue, where the account / EA is unable to connect order to the market?
Is it an EA issue, caused by a bug?
I found no information in Journal or Expert logs. [Common Error] doesn't give any code or much information either.
I can only suggest removing suspect EA and testing each one separately to determine which EA is having the issue, but this doesn't resolve whether it is the EA or broker.
