I've figure it out
I try with Balance $5000 , Risk MM 2%, OP 0.1lot
So this how to calculate >> 5000 x 2 : 100000 = 0.1

lets calculate yours
balance 600, risk MM 10% >> 600 x 10 : 100000 = 0.06
balance 1300, risk MM 10% >> 1300 x 10 : 100000 = 0.13
