In the Arbitrage EA need Feeder EA for Fast Feed Data from the Fast broker but in the File i see only the EA so i think its a Scalping as if no need any Feeder EA

Sorry to interrupt. Some people may not recognize type of arbitrage in market world. EA shared here is statistical arbitrage, not latency arbitrage.
Latency arbitrage works more to high-end technological participant.
Statistical arbitrage is base on mathematical. Entry for open and close trade base on statistic between 2 correlate instrument, most of it are hedging.

Which broker is better for the SA EA ? Will it work to FBS Cent account ? Or will it good for any ECN account ? Pls clear us.

If your question refer to what type of broker, I would say it will work with all broker that turbulancing much during market active moment.
