Suggestion Stop EA before important news automatically

Hi, I want to have a EA or indicator, which stops EA before important news automatically.
As you know some people stop EA when some important news or alert to reduce the risk.
I also do it but is there any EA which stops my EA stops automatically?
Does anyone use such a smart EA, please share the information.

Maybe you can contact expert member that having good knowledge how to created ea,
but maybe they will never give with free and need cost to created ea based on your requirement

Oh, good, This will just stop EA when some red news (alert) occured? If so, it will be nice because everytime some important new comes, I have to stop EA to see if there is any damage to my profit. I will see the attached file and I will reply if I can get good result! Thank you!
 
I am looking for an indicator or EA that works the other way around.
I would like to use this tool to open all blocked EA a few minutes before announcing important information from the market.
It will simply turn on Auto Trading. You will receive a reward for solving the problem

below you will find the important code, get a news indicator and try to make your tool
or just buy it :)
everything free make you lazy and dumb and make you jobless for days or more :D

take a look at the logic inside the EA and replace all the code & field identification strings that controls the Expert ON/OFF activation

eg.: pls consider the code:

[...] if ( DisableTradingOnNews ) disableExperts()
should become something like ---> [...] if (..............) enableExpert
and viceversa

i'm not a programmer but with a little of patience it should be not so difficult to modify (IMHO...)

I would like to thank you very much for your help in solving my problem.
The EA you indicated works great and controls other EAs. Blocks or opens their work according to my needs. I am very happy, it is very important to me.
