but I am still confused how to use set file, this file attached in indicator folder or expert advisor

I cannot install this news filter plus the Eur usd is not opening any transactions I don't know why

-Go to "TOOLS" on top of your MT4.
-Click on "OPTIONS".
-Click on "EXPERT ADVISOR".
-Tick the "ALLOW WEBREQUEST....." option.
-Paste the link into one of the rows.
-Click "OK".....Voila
