I think it will counted news medium impact when set to be true
But I don't know for sure, because often manual trade with micro account firewoodfx

Рекомендую строго ECN-счет, с низким ночным спредом. Брокеры: Tickmill, IC Markets и тому подобные брокеры.

Please correct me if I am wrong but it doesn't seem to do much during the London session compared to when Asian markets are open.. is this EA built and supposed to act this way?
