Hi guys! I had a look at the code and really don't understand the algorithm. The opening conditions are based on time!! What does it mean??

where G_datetime_156 could be "0"(zero) or TimeCurrent() due to a boolean condition that I cannot understand :/

Can someone get rid of that?
