The EA doesn't work on the new MT4 builds, you have to stick to the one of 26th of April, 2017, just disable auto update for MT4 and you're set!

Please where can somebody download this mt4 from.

I tested in demo account. It seems problem is in SL and TP setting. The amount of SL and TP are high and they are 150$. So TP doesn't touched and orders close with SL. I try to close orders manually and it worked. Anyone here has any idea about SL and TP setting or working setting file?
