If the price goes above H3 line , it is a buy signal
If the price goes below L3 line , it is a sell signal

There is no opposite signal close option. Mr Tanaka used a different template for this EA.

Maybe EA use indicator TP, so if you use reverse mode, price does not apply. That is why.
check MT4 jounal tab, you will see order send error
