Question PeakTrough EA - Only 1% DD!

Follows the EA with the default settings I used in the above test on 5 digit broker. Beware of the risk factor.
Good luck!
thanks Luizinho...Could add time filter or share source code(mq4)for to add time filter.
Regards.

i suggest everyone use luize versions ea to test , in order to see if it has good result and then to think about add time filter or others

Great work :)

I don`t know if it is just me but I still can`t see that it trails stops...
Anyone having the same.

In my statement it shows that EA takes 178 short won positions and 173 long won positions in year so i think it works both ways.
This is my tester with M5 and 0.1 lots after two days.... It is because it produces a cluster of pending sell orders and the price goes south and then it looks like a goldmine :) but it is pure luck because it could have taken the sell orders on a 20 pip trip and gone north again, blowing up the acc.

So you see that it don`t trail, then it should have been several smaller profits.. the trail here was set to 10.06.-08.01.15 M5.gif

ah, ok you're right so it looks like we need someone to fix that problem and everything should be fine unfortunately i am not a coder.

From what I noticed the best results are in H1 and H4.
How is your optimization?
Look optimize from 08.01.2015 period, because in this period could not find a good result.
I changed the EA putting my management code of money and I will post below the result obtained without optimizing the EA.

What pair you Backtest?

Is there a kind coder here that could have a look at the trailing on this EA?
I have looked at the code but having no coding experience I could not see what is the problem :)

What pair you Backtest?

If your broker is 5 digits use 0.2 to 20 pips. See what is also StopLevel and adjust accordingly.

I will enter this option and put once complete.

I don`t think this is the problem as it trails on buy orders but not on sell. And there is adjustment for 5 digits in the code.

Sorry, wrong when he said:
"If your broker is 5 digits use 0.2 to 20 pips. See what is Also StopLevel and adjust accordingly."
The correct use is 2.0 to 20 pips.
The code is adapted for Traders accustomed to 4 digits where the value of the pip is 0.0001.

Yes I had, but tested Luizinho`s version and same problem there...

very strange... i wonder why it works in backtest
I noticed that also had the same problem here and so I decided to replace the original code trailingstop for mine.
I took and I left running with EA configuration for broker of 5 digits. I not tested in 4 digits.
