Question PeakTrough EA - Only 1% DD!

i want to ask about my Demo Trade, today i just see another TF in Pair USDCHF. Sometimes I look at TF1 TF5 TF30, I would like to know whether to look at the different TF, EA will create a pending order or open trade on TF1 when I see TF1 ???? because I see EA works very fast and hit the stop loss. resulting in huge losses in my demo account.
Your advice please. i'm so newbie in forex trade.

Use it on higher timeframes only and be patient. You cant use this m15, minumum m30 but still risky.
Use h1 or h4 and be patient. Seperate it with different magic numbers and put it EU, JPY, AUD, CAD, GBP.
Look at the backtests that i have shared they will give you opinions about how to set the ea.

As promised, following expert with the changes that I mentioned earlier.

The purprose of this forum is help, learn and share... so upload open source MQ4, not the EX4, thanks.

I actually did not mean to put this EA to Low TF. I just wanted to see the price movement more detail in Low TF
then after seeing Low TF MT4 sometimes I leave in a long time maybe that makes EA still working at Low TF (TF1). next i must open new chart window if'll see Low TF Thank you SeizeTheDay
I programmed some parameters error messages.
These messages are shown only in Ft.
For now, attach the EA in FT and see what will be the error message.
I will also set the message to BT, but now I'm out of time.

Yes i have. Unfortunately i couldnt achieve anything good from reverse tests. Sell and buy from support resistance levels idea doesnt give results at least for the time period that i used. Altough your response and efforts most welcome and thank you very much, always my friend.

I can understand what you mean but I also agree to the idea of sharing the source code. Like you I also just started learning mql4 programming so don't worry if your code is not arranged. We are not here to discriminate each others work but to help each other, although we can't help that there are really others who come here to get source code then change it and sell it using private message but I hope other members will realise who they are. The advantage of sharing the source code is we will be able to develop the ea in one direction and add improvements to the system on top of each others work instead of each coder adding a different feature. Saying this I also agree if you don't share the mq4 but we will have to ask you every time we want to add a feature like what Sieze did. Thanks.

Man, I'm sorry but without the mq4 file, my contributions stops from here... you need to be a seeder, not a leecher and this is what you looking with this attitute. We are trying to make some work together, people helping with ideas and we, with ideas and mql4 programing, this forum have countless programmers much better than us, and skilled traders that can improve the most, not forgetting also, the people who are learning and needs the open source files for study and learn. Furthermore, the code (EA) shared by our friend 'miszigen' in the post #4 of this topic, you got it open (mq4 file), so keep leaving it open if you want to continue on a sharing forum, it is not your property, this is the goal my friend.
About your FT argument and missing results, what I have to say is, the same way that the people needs to share your FT results with your set files, timeframe, period of test, in other words, the COMPLETE REPORT, they can and HAVE to attach open source file that they used to run this FT, so this argument is not a motive to locking your file as if it were as an absolute true, or a better version. As if no one could modify and do something better, it makes no sense.

Your brokers freeze level. You can not put your breakeven lower than 30 points. You extracted the data from ducascopy with 30 points of freeze level. Delete it and extract with these settings again.
set 0 at that place.

STOPLEVEL means the minimum distance for Stop Loss / Take Profit a Broker uses. Some broker use 0.
In your case, the minimum distance is 30 points between the opening order and StopLoss / TakeProfit.
