Thank you to everyone my complaint has been raised to management the first idiot that took my “live chat” said that spread could’ve widen and my expert adviser could’ve put in the trade on its own. I told him that he’s crazy and I wish to speak to management and he told me I will have to email and make that request which I did already I’ll keep you guys updated.
