yes, I understood everything ..you do not know mt4 ,,you do not know how it works because you're a newbee
you do not know the basics of the function of mt4 that platform is very misleading
because it's a fake datafeed mt4 has big faults between one candle and another ""big hole data ""
for this you never have to do back test m1 but minimum m30 m15
you must learn a lot out of here
for example mt5 is already better and ducascopy or ninjatrader much much better LOL

but only if you mean any ea can fail in live trading, if an ea fail in backtesting by its strategy is worthless! except if you know how to take advantage of the markets with it and ofc if you know that u was just lucky to spot that strategy or u are an educated and experienced pro trader who in most need experts like those once a life time or more, but not much and the important is that they don't count on it like some traders do who install experts and just check the growth regularly
