This is only a month so far starting with 11/4/22 to 12/9 current progress setting spread 4 lots 0.6
I have absoulutely no clue what the entry conditions are but I will have to watch on visual

sharing my settings and result since 1 June. I had test since mid May while constantly adjusting and observing the EA characteristics. Up till this moment, I think this has potential. But I need the 'Max Position' function to work properly before I can further analyse its potential.
I hope that Mr Tanaka can look into what I have brought up on the 'Max Position' possible error to make this EA works.
I have been testing most of his EAs on the background and I think this is one of the best that suites my trading style, at least till now. More observations needs to be carried out with my forward test.

Hi,
This ea looks very promising for sure but I have a question: when I look at gold order panel, the digits look like it's 39 pips spread, is that actually 3.9 pips? I always thought gold had 40 50 pip spread lol, and this ea seems very sensitive to spread, like when i set tester to current it was all losses, but at spread 4 it's working (very well)
BUT, it appears that using risk % doesnt work unless im missing something, only base lots works, I would love to have autolot, just gives it that much more punch.
I would prefer to manage the risk yourself instead of auto lot. My settings is fixed lot with 0.01 lot per $100, per pair

1 lot per 10k seems like hi risk, 4th order is 16 lots! maybe youre using a diff setfile, im using Mr Tanaka's posted with the gold revision... its very good on xau.. any other pairs seem to stand out with it???

Looks like I might turn off all my other ea's and drop this on xau on the vps..
If only mt4 would show max floating dd.
Don't adopt the Martingale or Grid trading style and you would not have this tricky situation.
If you look at my set file, what I wanted to acheive is having the EA to open order when there is a signal, up to 4 trades with the same lot size becasue at this moment we are not allowed to dictate what incremental value we want to set within the settings. With the EA opening when there is a signal, this is diffferent from the typical Martingale or Grid. And when there is more than 1 trade, you apply the basket profit and loss to manage the open trades to try to close the trades that went wrong. The objective is to close off wrong signal, but the condition is that the additional trade has to be from the EA signal, not Marti or Grid.

Testing past 7 months still not finished been running all night and I have an i5 11400 or whatever much faster than an older i7.... Just using Tanakas setfile I'm sure we can optimize but will take a while

After a long wait, heres the result with Mr Tanaka's gold setfile at 0.6 very impressive, from 11/4 to 5/26 so it easily survived the 2082 mega spike gap
Now testing the previousy posted h4 setfile and it's looking even better possibly

Current progress backtesting 1/3/22 - 2/18 with Tanaka's gold set using H4 instead of H1, only one month in, 1 lot per 10k.... The other H4 set had no stop, no good for me....
380% in 5 wks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And it uses a stop... Awesome
Will post remainder of the test when it finishes sometime today seems to be faster on h4 anyway
