Decompile ex4 of old EA for free

I need this one decompiled, It´s a very good binary options indicator, but it needs some fixing and some modification, I would appreciate some help. thanks.

one friend told me, it seems that if one EA calls kernel32.dll and its backtest has good backtest report, normally the EA reads history data for backtest.
