yes it does you can have two SL. one is hardSL and the other is hidden SL. hard SL is usually larger than your hidden Sl. for example Hard SL: 100 pips is the sl that regester to your broker. Hidden SL: 20 pips. when your trade hits the hidden SL it will close your trade.

its possible speficy the magic number for close? for example close 1234 - 123 - 1453 ( close by magig number)

Yes that is the original design. You can specify which trade are you going to manage using this ea.
