yes thanks for reply , but i see already the ea in autolots open 0.1 lots...with default setting , and i think if open 0.1 , i can use more pairs and reduce the lots to 0.01 , is a possible solution??...and if not why ea open 0.1 if is too risky??

Hi everyone. I use ATP Prototype 2.9 on FBS broker. There is one problem. In 3 days ATP 2.9 on EURUSD EA reached 100 pips but didn`t close at profit. I mean ATP have no takes and stops. It just open positions and that`s it. I test it already 1 week but it not close on porofit or stoploss. Is there any problem ?

Does your broker allow 0.01 lot size?

If so, could you please do me a favor by doing a short backtest using 1000 starting balance and leave all parameters to default?

I wanna know how much lot size the EA uses on your broker.

And also please send me the strategy report.

ATP v2.9 doesn't place visible TP and SL, instead it has internal closing logic by various indicators.

So even if the profit reach 100 pips, as long as, the indicators don't give exit signal, it won't close the orders.

V4.0 has fixed visible TP and SL, you might want to try it.

i use version 4.0 of 7 pairs and i don't touch any setting just default ...here the open trade of today with 683 demo account starting balance:

And there is one more problem ATP 2.9 open one buy order after 15- 30 minutes open sell order. or open 2 buy orders and one sell order. Where is logic ? Does this robot has trailing stop or not ?

FBS is one of the most famous , sure allow 0.01 lots , is not a first time i test an ea with this broker...but some post before another user take a screenshot of mt4 and the lots are 0.1 too...
 
But why this robot opens sell and buy at the same time sometimes ? Is this a BUG ? or it is normal ?

FBS ECN min lot size is 0.1 lot.

If it's only screenshots, I can't see how the other user's setting, so the strategy report would be more useful.

It doesn't matter if it's only one year, after all you can use open price method which is very fast.
 
autotradingportfolio i have a question about TP and SL of the strategy use from EA . i see about take big margin of SL and TP but is fixed from every trades take or have some logic about a trade can reach a TP before or trades close before SL ...??
 
In my opinion this robot gives good results when you use it whith multiple pairs at the same time. if you use eurusd, audusd,eurjpy,gbpusd,nzdusd,eurgbp,eurchf together they can gives you good profit. I 3 times closed at 10$ profit with 0,01 lot by using all pairs together. Only problem is when open 2 or 3 orders on opposide sides on some of pairs.

The trades may be closed early before the SL or TP is reached if the exit rule is satisfied.

TP and SL are for security reason, the EA itself still has built in closing logic based on indicators.
 
Hey autotradingportfolio , thanks again for the great EA's, I'm currently 4100 pips positive since around August, not a big draw down either.

I was waiting for the rest of the EA's 4.0v uploads, but since I figured it might take some time, I thought I could just upgrade now.

So! I read about that earlier, but just wanted to confirm - I ran the first versions with the default magic numbers, I.e. GU is 600, but the latest versions MN is 105.
If I want the 4.0 version to take over the open trades, I presume I should stick with the old MN, right?

And most importantly - if I want to run all the EAs - for the Auto lot feature I should decrease the risk from 1.0 to 0.1, so it would be one/tenth, because I'm running 10 EAs together - is this correct?

Many thanks for the awesome job, I'm slowly growing my balance, with very limited risk, and very happy about it.

Yes you're correct, you should change the MN value so it match the old one.
