i have also westernpips i am use its many time but always my trades in negative . which you are using for slow broker ?
 
how much is your experience about Arbitrage ?
these free Arb files need a Feeder file that connects to a Feeder service site that as you must know is not free
you must purchase these services because must feed datas to Arb experts online
you must have VPS as a speed , less delay (around 1 millisecound ! and below) internet connection , that isn't free too
as other experts , you must prepare to examine many parameters , many situations and spend many times and works
if you don't have experience enough about experts , stay away from this method even though buying from official site because needs professional efforts

If you don't want to buy new EA you have only 1 right way.

arbitrage is a scam. only on demo account is profitable ... in real LOSS account only. Nobody will give you EA test. They only want your money.
