The problem is with the setting, you're using auto clicker from setting use OpenOrderClickMode=0 and make sure that one click trading is enabled from your MT4

As I see from the picture you attached you have an open order, and the Auto Clicker cannot close it, don't minimize the mt4 window, let me know if the problem solved
