New EA Amenothes EA

OK, will change later or if we hit -1000 dd. Its on demo account. :)
But with current positions, we should see how the EA works. Perhaps recovers.
 
update.

EA has made a nice recovery from highest (visual DD of -700), it has taken profits by closing some, not all positions (as others continue in trend of algo).

For me, I would like an option in the settings, to let me decide if i want all positions closed or leave some still running. I would like a 'close all' so that I can call it a day.

Also, from a take profit or stop loss dd point of view, could it be possible to have the auto trading disabled, so that even if I am away from screen and either profit/loss is hit, the EA is disabled and will not re-open a new batch of positions. Again, just me, I like a session of 6-12hrs, plenty of time for any EA to make gain/loss.

If not, then perhaps increase the profit value, and I would attach a different EA to another chart to 'manage the disable auto trading'.

For example;

I would have preferred that the EA had closed all positions and disabled the auto trading (new setting in setfile).
So that my day is over, and I am not left with any running postions that are now taking me back into DD.

Wanted...this is a fully automatic EA....I think you are trying to make it semi-automatic...which you are a master at trading that way. Generally speaking, sometimes grid/marty needs to hold overnight. The nature of this EA is that it finds its exit through uninterrupted progression.

My private test on the H4 w/News Filter and $5.00 TP on all 28 pair is performing without any errors other than you only need to enter the TP and SL once on the EURUSD not on all 28 pair otherwise you may get some errors.

I find myself seeking only 5 bucks on a 6k account to avoid martingale progression. Most of you will choose a higher TP. I am hoping that my conservative test will be the info that the thread author can use as no one else will try it this way.

....so my reporting will commence...but maybe more often than once a week if that is ok?

2 TP's and restarts thus far..(only seen 0.02 lotsize in the progression)

The EA reacts like a spring. As the DD increases it loads the spring for the explosive return to plus $5.00...

I'll see if I can do this.

In the meantime you can use the attached script. Place it in the MT4 script folder, drag on the chart when you want to close all positions.

Attach a separate EA Manager to do semi-automatic trading

Of course

You can give as much report as you want
 
Mine is still loading up. Not won back the morning trades that were left open after the first take profit.

I will try something like this a little later, once it has closed another take profit.
You have the pairs on 4 hour tf not 30m, will that open less positions? a little 'safer'?

Try to "change it up" a little for the benefit of Alcazard...As you know, He needs to see as many dealers and combos as possible...

We are lucky he needs us!
