Each EA has 20 different strategies built in it, each strategy can only has one open trade, so the maximum open trades per EA are 20 open trades. The different results usually come from different start date, for example strategy no 3 got a buy signal on August 5, on August 10 strategy no 3 got...

Guys if you want to compare backtest to real test, you should use same start date, if the real test on certain pairs start from August 16, then the backtest should start from the same date too.
