but it set SL according to the config

 

it open the order at the end of candle and sometimes it's the last candle

At what time frame did you test?
This error displays for me in journal:
2019.05.21 16:51:22.326 2019.01.02 15:35:00 cannot open file 'D:\MT4\MQL4\indicators\TMA CG mladen never repaint.ex4' [2]

the other two's is indicators.

and
indicator "trendTMACGLWMA.ex4" need or reading data from "TMA+CG mladen NRP.ex4" indicator
