Because I tried to specify a time for the ea to work for certain hours but it does not seem to be working

You indicator is giving signals at shift one, so it will not work at shift zero.
Settings for your indicator should be as belwo

Indicator Shift = 1
Buy Buffer = 1
Sell Buffer = 0

Your indicator gives signal at Shift one, but you have given Indicator shift as zero in EA settings. This is why it is not taking orders.

I Change Indicator Shift to one and then it is working fine.
Hope this helps.

 

I found your indicator gives signal at shift two. So change Indicator Shift to 2 in EA settings and EA will work fine.
