Hello Pojom, Yes this ea is from Post #18 and is called "scalper_autolot.mq4" Just run it as is as default. There is no setup required.
 
Hello Pojom, In post 60 you talked about guarding against drawdowns....That is a viable idea....every trader will have to make their own ideas on drawdowns, and how much they want to lose before shutting the ea off. I personally have only invested $200 initially. This is what I am willing to lose. As time goes on, my personal goal is $1,000 before I start taking any money out. Once I hit that goal I will then start cashing out 10% per week from my balance. That way if the ea fails some where in the future, I will still have made my $200 back and then some. "Hopefully" the ea will continue to do well in the future. Time will tell.............As for attempting to test this ea on a strategy tester your results will be completely bad..this ea wont show you the real results on any tests you run....it has to be run in real time either on a demo or live account to see the real results.....this is why I shared my live results. I hope this helps.

Thanks. Your analysis was helpful. I always talk about forward test in demo. I don't do backtest from many reasons. I prefer a 2-week or 1- month forward test to conclude how the EA behaves. I will start my tests first thing from next week. Thanks again and I wish best results with your goal!
 
When using the "scalper_autolot.mq4" in post #18 DO NOT USE 1 min chart....it will blow up on you very fast......I am currently using the 5 min chart and it seems to do a real good job....I am also testing on 15 min chart on a demo in real time, but the results are alot less. So my suggestion is to do demos on both 5 min and 15 min charts in "real time" if possible to see how they react to the ea. Hope this helps.
