Trying to find the worst EA is akin to finding the best EA. The EA would need to lose at least ten pips consistently to cover the spread and slippage. Finding such an EA would be the antithesis of the holy grail.

You shouldn't look for the best EA , you need to remove the losers from your EA source code.

Backtest Dark Orders ( ea wont stay on the chart) and copy its single order marti
