It is working for me. I try it on real and on demo account (2 different brokers). Copy the dll file in to the library folder, restart the mt4 platform. After about 1 minute or so I manage to put this indicator and the scanner too on chart.

For me it's not work until i find the solution.

Go to control panel/clock language and region/region and language.

Click on additional settings and change decimal symbol. For me the initial decimal symbol is "," and i change to "."
