Hey

no set file, sorry
Signals are good and not repainted. You can choose the time frame with good signals
(since sometimes some time frames may be worse than other due Market activity).

Take 5-7 past signals and find out the average in Profit. Use that for TP installation.
SL is around the same. Set Trailing at 70% of your TP, this help you to avoid small
profits.

COS is good on H1/H4, but quite useless on M15/M30.
